You may utilize your health insurance for some labs, medications, or testing that may be ordered. Cash pay labs available at a discounted cost are also available. Shannon Caruso-Fields, APRN
Shannon Caruso-Fields, APRN, specializes in primary care for acute and chronic health issues, including medically managed weight loss and anti-aging therapies. Additional roles include Advanced Practice Nurse at Cornerstone NP, Bella Care Hospice, and Staffard NP's. Previous experience at Mercy Health encompassed roles as an RN in endoscopy, cardiovascular intensive care, and telemetry. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Family Practice Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Ohio University, along with LPN training from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and Great Oaks Career Campuses.
